Protocol Officers and Event Planners Association Of Nigeria (POEPAN) held their Congress meeting at Gateway Plaza, CBD Abuja on 24th November, 2024.
The Congress was attended by a number of members and deliberations on dues draft and amendment of the Constitution and code of conduct and inauguration of the executive Council were made and adopted for mid February, 2025.
Closing remarks was made by the vice president, Mr Smart.
The President, Comrade Abubakar Sadiq led the members to group photograph and the meeting was adjourned to last week of December, 2024

The Congress was attended by numerous members. It featured discussions on key issues, including non payment of dues, Constitutional amendments, and updates to the code of conduct.
The executive Council’s inauguration was also a highlight, with decisions made and adopted for implementation by mid-February 2025.
Vice President Mr. Smart delivered the closing remarks, wrapping up the productive gathering.
