EID-EL-KABIR: POEPAN President Urges Sacrifice, Unity, and Professional Excellence

On behalf of the National Executive Council and the entire membership of the Protocol Officers and Event Planners Association of Nigeria (POEPAN), I warmly felicitate with all Muslim faithful across Nigeria and globally on this joyous occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.

The Essence of the Season Eid-el-Kabir remains a sacred season that symbolizes sacrifice, obedience, humility, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim (AS). It serves as a profound reminder of the importance of patience, selflessness, and unwavering faith, even in challenging times.

As we celebrate, let us intentionally extend love to our neighbors, remember the less privileged, and actively promote harmony within our communities and professional spaces.

A Call to Leadership and Nation-Building This blessed festival carries a vital lesson for leadership at all levels. It teaches us the values of service, sincerity, accountability, and sacrifice for the collective good. Nigeria’s path to progress relies on our collective ability to place national interest and humanity above personal divisions.

Upholding Professional Excellence In the spirit of this season, I encourage all protocol officers, event planners, and allied professionals across the country to remain steadfast in upholding excellence, discipline, and ethical conduct. Our dedication to seamless execution and mutual respect plays a critical role in institutional development and nation-building.

May Almighty Allah accept our sacrifices, answer our prayers, and grant our nation enduring peace, unity, and prosperity.

Eid Mubarak!

Signed, Prince Abubakar Zakari, AEC National President, POEPAN
